hey everybody i just wanted to hear everybody's JOY about being a chef.I love what i do, i think god didnt put me here to do anything else but cook and teach ppl how to cook. Its a blessing to wake up everyday to do what i love. Its alot of people who work hard doing something they hate because its all about the money. I do believe in getting paid for your worth but its more passion over profit for me. Yes im young im only 23 years old but i been in a kitchen since i was 12 and everyday i wake up yarning to learn more about food. I have did alot to be 23 years old. im proud to be a 23 yr old sous chef. Its hard being young in the kitchen because they think u dont know what u doing, or just because u went to culinary school. I believe i learned more by getting experience but i learned the fundamentals of FOOD to learn more about cooking through culinary school. Appreciate the power of being a chef and doing something you love !!!!!!
