I would like to know which web site i should use
talk to someone you know there, wouldn't trust any specific site. You can do some basic DD on an establishment by reading the reviews online, maybe check health code violations etc. but obviously take the reviews with some salt, just in case, go there, check out the place. May want to try at some resorts during season, boat chefs are a pretty tight group and I personally have had some great discussions with them, yacht provisioners as well, Hotels?.
Best of luck,
I"m not exactly sure what you mean by your question. Do you mean, you want to work in a professional kitchen? Do you want to produce a food product and rent a kitchen?
In either case, I suggest you do some reading here at Chef Talk. If you are a professional in the culinary world, you are welcome to post questions in the professional forums. If you are not a professional, you are welcome to read in those forums, but mustn't post there. You can post in the General forums, though.
We have many years' of threads and topics archived, so using our search tool will provide you with a great deal of information as a start. Just be careful to be aware of the dates on the posts. Some topics may be dated; for others the date of their posting won't matter.
I hope this has been helpful. Let us know if we can provide further insights.
