I NEED SOME ADVISE!

    ADVICE* Im a presonal Chef for a Fraturnity at a D1 university. I have been cooking for 12 years. That being said, I have been offered an opportunity to open a kitchen for someone, and I have no clue where to start. Any and all advise is welcome. Thanks ChefKodiak
