i am looking for some classic thai recipes focusing on bankok or the emporers cuisine. i have looked online in a few places but it is hard for me to decipher what is classic and what is fusion with japan or korea. if some one could just point me in the general direction i would be very apreciative. thanks for the assist folks!

hey mudbug (AWESOME NAME BTW!!!) thank you for the assist the recipe page of sauces is realy being helpful in planning my new menu. i have since posting this thread origionaly found some realy good books, one that was recomended by an executive chef freind of mine (time life series of internation cookery) if you have the opportunity check out these books (they are from the late 70's early 80's). anyways now i am just sort of rambling in my sleep deprived stupor. thanks again!
