undefined ok guys i need some help here. i want to make a traditional graxlax for my sweedish grand mother. i dont need to make a ton of it because for some reason the other members of my family wont eat it (i am still determining if i realy am related to them they wont even eat smoked eel!!) anyways i could realy use some help here guys i tried one recipe from a website that will remain unnamed. the result was i ingested the salt my body might need for an entire week! i thought it called for a bit to much salt when i was making it but i figured it was worth a shot. if anyone has a PROVEN gravlax recipe i would appreciate some help.
