    So I've just graduated with a Associates degree in baking and pastry and a bachlors in culinary management what now.

    If you want to travel and experience the world polish your CV and send out to the larger hotel chains.
    A brand with respected properties in interesting places.
    Get a year under your belt then maybe move up to a luxury brand.
    If I had it to do over I would have finished out my internship with my mentor (Hilton brand) and done exactly that.
    No regrets tho I have a trunkful of memories but always wonder what if.
