I can't think of a term...

    What do you call a dish that is based on multiple preparations of the same ingredient?  For example, I'm doing a dish that contains several different cuts of rabbit prepared in different ways.  The word 'declination' keeps coming to mind but that's not right.

    last year i was having lamb dish on the menu....i name it ..lamb triology...3 different ways of lamb...

    or just simple duo-trio

    I don't believe there is such a term, never heard of it:but theat does not mean it des not exist/img/vbsmilies/smilies/confused.gif
