Hello everyone,

New to the forum (obviously). I have been reading a variety of topics on here for quite some time but only recently have decided to join the conversation. Mostly the knife section. Unfortunately I'll probably asking more questions than giving answers. Eager to learn.

I enjoy virtually any food, and will try most anything once. I like Asian cuisines--I have a lovely Thai future mother in law who cooks impeccably--as well as French, Italian, Mexian, and of course the occasional burger/American. I like meat--beef, pork, and occasionally chicken dish.

I used to be obsessed with making pies, but it's too easy to gain weight doing that [emoji]128514[/emoji]...
