We have all levels of ability, from those just starting out on their culinary journey to masterchefs - and those of us who are just enthusiastic amateurs (like me, for instance!) We also have members from all around the globe.
I love French cuisine and have done a number of cookery courses in France, including a short (summer-long) course at LCB, Paris. I've also been on a few courses in Italy, including areas as diverse as :Liguria, Tuscany and Puglia!
I hope you will find time to look at some of the wonderful photography on the site, and to read some of the amazing articles here. The professional fora are 'read-only' for those of us who are not in the culinary professions, but you can gain a lot of insight by just reading them! Feel free to start your own thread or contribute to any other thread you find interesting.
