How to start a Kitchen Home Business

I am a new member of the culinary art in the last semester. Because of Covid-19, I have no work experience, so I would like to start a new kitchen home business, but I don't know how to start! I'm good at Italian and Mediterranean cousins. Should I focus on one kind or type of food? How to promote! How can I get funds! How can I start an eco-friendly business? Please help me with an open heart!

Where are you located? Unless I'm reading you wrong, here in the US it's not something you would be able to do legally.
