    Hello everyone, I was one chef has retired. today I want to introduce people to a series of processing instructions for simple foods from Japan. I'm so sorry because my english is very bad. But I think the video that I made quite simple and easy to understand

    Nice.  I use scissors to cut the fins, then pull the skin off with pliers.
