how to deep-fry bananas

    Hello! How do you deep-fry bananas with the batter coating the bananas still crispy after 3-4 hours? Mine goes limp and soft after just 1 hour. Thanks.

    Try rice flour.Even cold the batter is still crispy.

    It should help to keep your batter cold too.
