How does temperature change in a non-climate controled environment affect non-perishable foods?

For example 50-65 deg at night, then 70-85 deg durning the day, day after day.

How would this affect things like: canned foods, jarred sauces, and dry foods such as pasta, spices, oats, and grains.

    TIA

Light, Temperature, humidity and oxygen all effect (chemical change) food. All foods are perishable or will become rancid eventually, some take a lot longer.

The higher the temperature, the faster the change will take place.
