Does anyone have any hot dessert ideas for a college/university cafeteria? The students seem to like fruit (cobblers, crisps, brown betty) but stay away from rice and bread pudding. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Do you serve ice cream? If so, you could make a Bananas Foster type sauce to be served over it.........

Banana eggs rolls with an assortment of sauces for dipping (like hot strawberry/orange/blueberry syrups or something along those lines).

Good old chocolate pudding (sponge with a hot chocolate sauce) is always a winner.

Banana or just fruit fritters are lovely you can serve that with custard

You can do filled crepes - fruit, chocolate caramel
