No, it's not what you were hoping for /img/vbsmilies/smilies/smile.gif   I just wanted to say I was watching TV when they showed chefs cooking in the hot weather when there was no air conditioning.

I hope everyone is taking care in the hot weather and staying as comfortable and as safe as possible /img/vbsmilies/smilies/chef.gif

It was 113F and humid here today.  I can tell you I wasn't really surprised, but I was amused, when I went to the freezer for some orange zest and saw three people staring back at me as I opened the door  /img/vbsmilies/smilies/rolleyes.gif   We're pretty used to the heat in my parts, but humidity will make us wilt.  I feel bad for all the North-Easterners right now, since they simply aren't used to the heat in any form.  Drape a cold, damp towel roll on the back of your neck during service.  It'll help a lot.

I'm so sorry you are going through that. Humidity is miserable.  Three people in the freezer, now that is priceless.

Today we have 67 and cool breezes. Our hot weather is gone, at least for now

I hope you feel better soon
