Hoping to learn about creating the most effective kitchen environment

    Hi, we just renovated our restaurant, and made a few mistakes along the way.  I'm hoping that this forum can teach me a few tricks on how to use the best equipment, improve things, and generally figure out how to create the best working environment for our awesome staff.  I hope this is the right forum for this type of discussion.
