Hi im in the process of starting a cookie baking business from home and at the stage where I need to name my business, I'm looking for some inspiration please. Any help and ideas will be truly appreciated.
While you want people to have a general idea of what you sell, don't get too specific. You may expand your line or change directions in the future, and won't want to go through a name change. Also keep it short and memorable.
You could name it after an ingredient like "Vanilla", "Nuts" "Sugar's Bakery". Or The Baking Tray', The Mixing Bowl. Hot Oven Bakery. Or keep it obvious like "The Bake Shop". Or name it after the address like The Elm St. Bakery.
Open a bottle of wine and brainstorm. You should have a good name by your third glass.
Hi Carlyjane! I'm in the same boat as you! I'm at the stage where I need to figure out best equipment to use, or if I should stick with my 5qt stand mixer and aluminum baking sheets. I just picked up some Airbake sheets to test out.
