    Been trolling for awhile and finally decided to join in the fun. I've just been looking at Japanese knives for the past month and I've found the forum to be very helpful in my first few purchases.

    Well I enjoy cooking everything... Lol, but I like to think I'm a meats kind of guy. Grilling, frying, baking, boiling, stir frying, what ever else I can do to put something delicious on the plate.
