Hi everyone, I’m joining the forum to see what I can learn and will try to contribute if I’m able to.

I have no chef credentials, just a home cook who enjoys food and tries to replicate restaurant dishes at home. I’m not into fancy stuff, but I love hearty home grub, BIR style Indian curry, Chinese, pizza and also have a fair crack at cooking Swedish planka once in a while, hence my posting handle.

I’m especially interested in learning to cook good bread at home, picking up useful sauce recipes and adding to my repertoire of tasty meals to cook at home by picking up some pro-tips.

I hope being a non-professional is ok and that you will tolerate me!
