    I'm actually an amateur, but I stumbled across this forum looking for information on substitutes/improvisations for veal stock.

    Now that I've found it, I plan on using it as a resource when I have questions that are best asked of a professional.

    Keep in mind we don't know where you live, what you have in your kitchen, etc.
