I am Nancy Eileen.I have twenty three years of experience in the food industry. My passion for cooking came from an early age, cooking with my mom and grandmother.I began cooking in a restaurant at the young age of sixteen,working my way up to the position of kitchen manager for many years. A few years back I made a switch and currently cook in a long term care facility, another very different experience to add to my list.But my true passion is not with meals but with baking and that has brought me to my latest challenge.Aside from "my day job" I also have started an at home business of creating specialty cakes for birthdays,weddings and special occasions.
