Hello all. Just wanted to post a quick intro.

I just took the first step towards a long time "dream" and enrolled in culinary school today. I have spent the last 12 years working as a paramedic and in law enforcement but finally had to change careers for the sake of my sanity. I developed a passion for cooking as a child from my father who has spent the last 50 years as a baker. I look forward to the excitement of the kitchen and the new challenge.

Hey welcome! We're in the same boat. I've spent the last10 years of my life in sales, and just enrolled in Culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu. Starting in July :)
