My name is Samantha LaVielle! I graduated from pastry school in December, moved to NYC for 6 months and worked at Magnolia Bakery Rockefeller Center. I am now back to my roots in Seattle and I am the Pastry Chef at Emerald Cove Catering and loving it! I am new to a lot of things pastry, especially catering, but I am enjoying learning new things everyday in the industry.
