Hi everyone,

I've been reading these forums with great interest. Its funny to see how many cultures have the same kitchen etiquette. I live and work in Somerset UK as a sous in a country pub where we do nice fresh food.
I trained in the Netherlands and went to work in spain for a year a couple of years after I qualified. Have been in the UK for 8 years now and am enjoying my cooking more and more every day!

Anyway, i hope to learn more from you guys and if I do know an answer to any of the questions posted here I will do my best to help.
