Hi from Port Elizabeth SA

    Hi everyone
    I have returned to Port Elizabeth after living and working in HORECA in Belgium for fifteen years. I have started a small chocolate production and hope to get advice from time to time in this forum.
    I have been confronted with many challenges since arriving here, Power is a huge issue and often have to run a generator daily to keep production going. but even a bigger problem is sourcing 'real' 100 % cocoa butter. I persevere and aim to keep offering the shoppers of PE the good quality chocolate that they deserve 😊

    Welcome Van we are glad you joined ChefTalk from such a far away place (We are based out of Chicago, IL). Can you tell me where Port Elizabeth is? Please also share some of your chocolate work in our photo galleries.
