Hello everyone. I just found this forum and thought I would introduce myself. I am a 42 yo man who just started my own catering company. I am a "halfway studied chef" from many years back, and have various experience in front of house, and some catering from back in the days. After 15 years of doing other professions I am now diving back into food. I find it bot extremely exciting and challenging to master all sides of the business.
