Hi!!! I'm Enrico from Italy!!! I'm 26 and I definitely love cooking, even if it's not what I've studied for nor my job, but we can say that it's one of my hobbies.

So I decided to register to this big community in order to learn more about the culinary culture of your country.

Welcome Enrico! Where in Italy are you from? I love Italy and cooked their professionally for a short while. It was in the town of Polesine with Chef Massimo Spigaroli at El Cavallino Bianco.

Looking more to hearing about Italian cooking and restaurants from you.

Hi everyone :) I'm from Genoa, in the north west of Italy. It's a marvellous city on the sea.... do you know it??

Some of the most famous recipes from my region are: Pasta al pesto, Focaccia, Farinata, Cima alla genovese, Pansoti, and many many others... do you know any of them?

Yes! But not as well as I'd like. We were in Italy in October but had too little time to linger. Of course, that means we'll have to return. /img/vbsmilies/smilies/thumb.gif

Eheheheh I know.... Italy is very beautiful, but I'd like to visit many other countries too.... the U.S. , Australia... but they're very far and expensive... well maybe one day... who knows /img/vbsmilies/smilies/smile.gif
