Hello, I'm from NJ of Cuban origin. I'm highly allergic to many foods, but love the impact good food has on people.

I own a couple of restaurants here in NJ. My career is in business (I work in NY). I love, love, love being an entrepreneur, building something out of nothing, beating the odds, putting creativity to work and helping people realize that they can be very successful.

I enjoy learning and breaking through limits set by mainstream. I have several questions that led me to this site.
