    hi fellow chefs, Im a professional chef which has mainly worked in big hotels. I have been a chef for 10 years now and i have had a brilliant career so far with some really good experience and getting know about all levels of cooking. I love learning new stuff and coming up with unusual dishes. 

    I joined up to chef talk because its good to be part of a community and there is so many different things to look at on here.

    Welcome Chef we are glad you joined up with us. The pro forums are probably where you want to hang out but when you have time we encourage the pros to help answer questions the non-pros have in the food and cooking forum.
