    I have always loved baking and have had it in my mind to start my own bussiness because i truley enjoy baking. So i am now seriously thinking of doing a cookie factory because where i live they dont have too many store bought cookies let alone good ones. So long story short trying to get info and experiance from anyone who can give it to me on what i need to know.
    Also i am really woundering what preservatives can be used in cookies to give them a longer shelf life? Thanks!:):)
