    My forum name is cakerookie. I recently joined Chef Talk because I am interested in the world of pastry. I currently practice pulled,blown and spun sugar as much as I can. I dabble in cake decorating. But Sugar and chocolate are my real passions. I love the freedom of artistic expression that chocolate and sugar allow. Cake decorating as well. So lets get on with show!
