Old School Donut Maker here.  Even though my trade has pretty much been run out by a commercial conglomeration consolidating everyone, I like handcrafting and stick to the ma and pop shops.  I had to pick "professional baker" to register but I pretty much stick to doughnuts, not much baking to it...  I'm glad to find your site and hope to learn a bunch and maybe someone will need help making some doughnuts someday.

Welcome to ChefTalk I saw some of your photos and your donuts look great. No problem on your title we don't have a "Pro Donut" title. /img/vbsmilies/smilies/lol.gif
