Hi, Chefs! Indira, the whole food chef.

    Hello! I am new to chef talk and so wanted to introduce myself I am a plant-based, whole food chef. I graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute in 2008, and started out my career doing pastry in a Michelin star rated, New York City restaurant, and continued working as a pastry chef after I left New York. I started doing health supportive cooking because my health was not good, I had food intolerances, and many unpleasant symptoms. I am currently in nutrition school and so my work is headed in the direction of doing more private consultations, but for the time being I am doing occasional private chef work, catering, and I cook for retreats. My work is very part time, as I am also the mom of a 2 1/2 year old. I live in Taos, NM.

    I look forward to connecting with other chefs, and having the support of this community, as well as offering it.
