Well as i said im mikael. I'm from greenland and i am working as a chef in Denmark. Im currently working at a restaurant where we mostly do steaks and some fish and a few special menus in the weekends. But i like to cook pretty much anything. I'll post more abother time but for now I'll be reading the forums.
