Hi all - One more baker?

Have been living in UK since 2016, have 34yr and a little 3 yr old boy.
Last year have baked and cooked probably more than in all years before.
Around 40Kg of flour was used just as a headline with a little dip in sourdough!
Also developed a Kombucha culture (still going)
have in my arsenal Multicooker, blender, stand mixer, stick blender and about double the pots and pans I could ever need.
