Ok, I'm in stellar company here- this site is the best I have found. My name is sandy and I am passionate about cooking, making bread and raising as much of my own food as I can. I admire small farmers and try to support them locally. What can I say? I love eggs, butter, homemade fettuccine, poolishes, King Arthur flour, anchovies, and red wine.
