Hey "Yall" from Arkansas

Hey Everyone!

I'm new to the forum.
I own a restaurant in South Arkansas and are considering expanding or starting other concepts. That's why I'm here.
I am a Foodie and always have been, but I am relatively new to the restaurant industry. I have a degree in business but I'm strongly considering attending a culinary school. I'd love to hear your suggestions.

I'm really looking forward to the discussions!

Hello Ray and welcome to Cheftalk.

We have a forum specifically for culinary students and I am sure you will pick up some interesting opinions on various culinary schools in there with the views of chefs also available.

Feel free to join in on any thread you find interesting, or start your own in the relevant forum.  Our membership is drawn from around the globe (I'm Scots, for instance!) and all levels of culinary expertise, and that makes for interesting discussions, on occasion - we are often nations divided by a common language, so it's interesting to read the opinions of, for instance, Australian and New Zealanders on foods we 'think' we have in common!
