Hey there from New Zealand

    Head Chef at local pub in New Zealand
    Been running the local pub here in Havelock New Zealand since Christmas last year. Always trying to brighten the menu here and give the local punters a nice meal and a warm welcome. When I took over running the pub restaurant most of the food was ordered in and premade. Now we make a lot of our own food and the menu has a bit more variety and spice to it.

    Welcome to Cheftalk, Magic.
    Good to hear of your improvements, we're all for
    actually making what is served, thats called
    practicing the craft. Not much craft in ordering
    from outside, and removing things from packages
    and adding water is there. lol
