Hey from WI

Hi guys. My name is Dave, and I'm a line cook from WI. I'm currently finishing a degree in religious studies and philosophy at a small, private university, and work full time at a Thai fine dining restaurant (weird combo, I know).

I'm considering attending the CIA next year, and came here originally to look at the culinary students subforum :thumb:
