Hey everyone my formal intro

    So, my name is Jason. I have worked in law enforcement for most of my adult life. I always said if I wasn't "Copp'in" I'd be "Cook'in".
    Well I'm no longer copp'in, so......
    I worked in my families Italian restaurant for a couple years back in the 80's, that's the extent of any type of training I have ever had. My dad had me in the kitchen when I was around 12 and I have been cooking for my family since then. I do all the cooking for my family of 4 and friends that visit.
    Love running my smoker but cook anything on request.
    So, my wife and I have decided to open a pizza and wing bar here in WNC. I have a stack of recipes from the family business we used way back when and hope to bring them back to life.
