i'm catering for 100 to 125 people. i'll be serving seasonal fruit platter, garden vegetable platter, cheese display with crackers and grape garland. swedish meatballs, stuffed mushroom caps half sausage/ spianch/ an fried ravioli with roasted red pepper coulis. and i'm not sure what to price this catering. what should i charge. can any chef help?
