    I am currently a student at the University of Michigan and am working on an assignment for a career explorations class. We have to explore certain careers and find out answers to some questions about the career of our choice.     First of all, I'm going to move your query to a better forum. This was posted in the worlcome forum where we introduce ourselves. It'll get more attention in a chefs' forum.

    Second, you can probably find answers to some of your questions by doing a search on this site. We have a good search feature, which I highly recommend.
