Im going to australia to enter culinary school LCB there, im thinking of bringing 4 of my naniwa whetstone. Im concerned that the custom of the australian airport will confiscate them. Anyone has experience on bringing whetstone to australia before?

Why would they be confiscated?  If you have any concerns, call the airline and ask about policies. Typically you can pack in checked baggage. Carry on luggage is typically limited but packed in the storage area shouldn't be a problem. You should also be able to find that information on the airline or airport website.
