Hello all. I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this ahead of time. I have been cooking for about 6 years as a line cook in restaurants. And for the most part all tools needed were provided but now I am working in a hotel. At the hotel im not provided with anything not even a chef's knife. I would like to get my tools together so I can be fully prepared for any thing that might come my way. Someone please help me and again thank you for your time and help.
