    Hi everyone,

    I am new to the Catering Business but not new to cooking.

    I have not had any professional training but I am looking to go to college in the very near future.

    I am looking for training programs, equipment, supplies, materials, guidance, advice, culinary and management books and courses that can help me be a better business owner.

    If you can lend any of your expertise I would appreciate it.
