Help identify a European Stick based food processor

I think this is an interesting bit of kit. Not likely to be powerful enough If made for the US with only 110 Volts. But in Europe, it looks like a good small kitchen solution.

From the 1:15 to 2:25 minute mark he uses it.

I'm suspecting Kenwood, but I really don't know. There's a Dash brand that's similar for the US market but I don't trust it to have enough power and I've never heard of the brand before.

There's some chance I might relocate for a while in a few years and i'm toying with what I'd do differently. This is one candidate. Another is a multi-cooker. As it is now, i have a rice cooker, a slow cooker, a pressure cooker....So I'm not in the market for a multi-cooker. But in a new smaller kitchen, it makes a lot of sense.
