    I attended the great Scarred Chefs of America school of hard knocks. My tuition was paid in blood and tears and a fair amount of screaming and being screamed at (thanks dad... those damned prima donna classically trained French chefs...sheesh). My diploma hangs in the darkened halls of failed dreams and inconsequential hopes and desires. How about you?
