Hello! My name is Eileen and I opened a restaurant last July. We are an American Breakfast/lunch restaurant and working on our dinner menu. My boyfriend and I have worked in restaurants all our life and decided to open an own. Ah, the life of a business owner . Things have been going quite well. We just got our Beer/Wine license and we are currently working on a happy hour menu. I have never worked back of the house, but know a few things. We recently parted ways with our Kitchen Manager (who was culinary trained) but now we are finding our own way. I joined this forum to seek advice/ideas etc. I am so happy to find this forum! Thanks!
