    Hello all, 

    Just found this site, pretty cool.  I've been a professional cook for 12 years now, Chef of an independent Italian restaurant for 4 years now. I bop around food blogs on the internet all the time, but have never seen this site. I'm excited to talk to some other food service professionals

    So glad that you finally found Chef Talk.  With over 50,000 members and on the `Net for over 13 years, there's some pretty great food discussions going on here as well as on Face Book and Pinterest too.

    LOVE Italian, is there any other cuisines that you make at home?  I hope that you're a shutter-bug and will post some of your dishes, maybe in the monthly challenge.  This month's secret ingredient is cinnamon.
