I see you're an owner-operator. You'll find others here with whom to share, as well as plenty of others with whom to knock around ideas. Besides the discussion forums, I think the cooking articles, equipment and cookbook reviews, photo galleries and special guest archives will be quite useful. Several owner-operators of note joined us for discussions a while back (Rick Bayless, Mario Batali and others), so I think you'll find those archived conversations interesting.
How did you get into food? Did someone inspire you, or did your own palate lure you into a love of flavors and culinary exploration?
